My duties include gathering the materials to build storm doors. I am responsible for packing door materials for shipping. Other duties include punching holes and cutting notches for the door assembling.

I was a contractor for Honda where I worked at the IT Helpdesk.  I communicated with customers to reset and maintain their accounts. Used Heat Ticket to prioritize workload and document progress of work orders.  I helped customers solve issues within their PCs, using remote desktop.
